Easy as, if you do not have a Yoga mat, no worries just grab a Bath Towel & practice on carpet or a rug.  More relaxing tips on the website.

RESTORATIVE YOGA & SOUND HEALING MEDITATION

Restorative is a relaxing gentle, therapeutic style of yoga that uses props to fully support the body laying down to deepen the benefits of the postures. It is soothing and nurturing practice that promotes the effects of conscious relaxation - we also bring singing bowls, mantras & deep relaxing meditation to this practice to prepare for a beautiful night sleep. Suitable for everyone.
