We use an online booking systemAll classes & treatments must be booked & prepaid online prior to coming to the studio. We recommend booking in advance, where possible, as our classes can fill up quickly. We do not except walk-ins and or cash payments. Our timetable is open 2 weeks in advance.
Yes Please! Please arrive 5-10 mins early so we can take time to help you feel comfortable and settle in.
The front entrance is locked right on all session start times.Late-comers will not be able to enter the centre after this time. This is for your own safety and to avoid class /treatment disruption.
Yoga & Meditation Leggings, comfy breathable singlet or t-shirt. Please bring your own yoga mat to all classes, retreats and workshops.Plus a blanket & eye pillow for relaxation if you want to be warmer.We will supply bolsters, knee pads and blocks.Infrared

Personal Belongings If you choose to bring other personal items please switch your phone off before entering the centre and leave any personal belongings including your phone at front reception before entering your session.
Our classes are beginner friendly, with modifications provided if required throughout the class. Please let your teacher know if this is your first time to their class and anything you would like to share about yourself so we can make your experience even more comfortable.Please see your health care provider before starting or coming back into any physical practice or treatment to insure these services are the right fit for you.
We have a 12 hour cancellation window – cancelling within this 12 hour window will result in your class pass being forfeited for that booking. This also applies for no showing and or missing your class due to arriving late.We appreciate your total understanding in advance.
Perspiring is natural and encouraged however strong scents and odours may cause discomfort to other practitioners.Prior to any session please avoid wearing strong perfumes, smoking before class, strong foods, and offensive bodily odour.

We welcome Women and Men from the ages 18+ for Yoga & Meditation and Infrared Sauna Sessions.
Children sessions Babies and children must be accompanied by an adult for SALT ROOM for kids, Ear Candling and Private Consultations.Dominique has a working with children card for treatments available for children on our schedule. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
At this time our expecting Mums to be can only attend our Restorative Yoga Classes on Mondays 8pm and Wednesday 8pm plus the chance to attend our 1 day Prenatal Yoga retreat.
