Vin to Yin Yoga, also referred to as Yin Yang Yoga, is a yoga sequence that combines Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yoga.


The Vinyasa portion warms the body up and rids your body of excess prana, or energy. 


The Yin Yoga portion relaxes and lengthens connective tissues. 


It is a great combination.

Props may also be used in this class to add deep muscle release.

Restorative Yoga is a gentle, therapeutic style of yoga that uses props to fully support the body to deepen the benefits of the postures. 


It is soothing and nurturing practice that promotes the effects of conscious relaxation.


Plus enjoy a guided Sound Meditation practice with Crystal Quartz & Tibetan Singing Bowls

Feeling tired, stressed & would love to experience our group class session like nothing you have every experienced before?


This very unique experience may help with better respiratory health, stronger immune systems etc with Salt Therapy plus a Blue calming lights through out the room & Audio Sound Scape to help you move towards Calmness for the Mind, Body and Soul.


These sessions can be booked up to 10 minutes before ...social distancing markers 1.5 meters.
Enjoy on a chair or comfy cushions relaxing & let go.


Max 3 others in the room at 1 time.
